Us at WindRidge are excited to launch Cast to Connect Initiative, a program to connect kids and young adults to the great outdoors through fishing. "Cast to Connect" is an initiative aimed at bridging the gap between modern children and the outdoors. Our mission is to provide fishing equipment, educational resources, and hands-on experiences to schools and youth organizations, fostering a love for nature and environmental stewardship. Through dedicated product sales, partnerships with schools, youth organizations, and conservation groups, and organized fishing workshops and excursions, we aim to instill values of conservation and preservation in young generations.
What is Cast to Connect?
Goal:
To bridge the gap between modern children and the outdoors by introducing them to the joys of fishing while instilling values of conservation and preservation.
Mission:
To provide fishing equipment, educational resources, and hands-on experiences to schools and youth organizations, fostering a love for nature and environmental stewardship among young generations.
Our initiative includes providing fishing equipment packages, educational materials, and mentorship programs to participating schools and organizations. To ensure long-term sustainability, we will seek funding, corporate sponsorships, and community support, building a network of passionate volunteers and supporters.
