SHIPPING POLICY
At WindRidge, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your package. If you have any questions about our shipping policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.
At WindRidge, we pride ourselves on being a small but dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Despite our size, we work tirelessly to fulfill all orders promptly, aiming to have them in transit within 2-3 days of placement. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience and support as we strive to exceed your expectations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At WindRidge, every product is made in limited batches and offered for a short time only—once a design is gone, it’s gone. Because of this fast-moving model, all sales are considered final, but we understand that issues come up. That’s why we offer a limited return policy under the following terms:
QUALIFYING RETURNS:
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery for store credit only, as long as:
-The item is unused, unwashed, unopened, and in its original packaging
-You provide a valid order or invoice number
-The product is not a final sale or discounted item
All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking and shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.
We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases, so please review product photos, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
START A RETURN:
Email us at windridgeshop@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit (minus the $25 fee). Returns that don’t meet the above conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
